About Tech Mahindra Foundation
Tech Mahindra Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm by Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. The Foundation team up in 2007, as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company on the Companies Act, 2013), with an vision of Empowerment through Education.

The Foundation affairs in three key areas – Education, Employability and Disability.
Out of the three verticals, we are looking for a video/film at our Education Program – ITEI (Shikshaantar). Shikshaantar is the Foundation’s training programme stand for teachers. It focuses on creating comfortable classrooms by empowering teachers and by helping them realise their potential to the fullest. The Programme encompasses the Foundation’s following initiatives:
- The Foundation runs two premier teacher capacity building institutes called In-Service Teacher Education Institutes (ITEIs) in collaboration with North Delhi Municipal Corporation (established in 2018) and East Delhi Municipal Corporation (established in 2012). The Education department works in collaboration with Tech Mahindra Foundation to ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood education and primary education through substantially increasing the supply of qualified teachers, school principals and school inspectors. Students’ growth has a direct correlation to teacher’s growth in professional knowledge, skills, and abilities. Therefore, ITEI emphasizes on various innovative teaching methods, improving and enhancing subject matter knowledge, use of appropriate teaching-learning materials etc. to create happier classrooms. Apart from the various workshops, ITEIs are also the hub for discussions on pedagogy, child development and more. Launch of a Mobile Science Lab for the EDMC Govt. Schools is a recent initiative as part of this program.
- The Foundation is also supporting a Science Academy for Teachers in association with Sahayta Trust at Hyderabad
- English-Winglish – A teacher training program aimed through improving education capacity in English for government schools has been implemented in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi
Objective of work:
- Research, script, develop and produce a film of about 3-4 minutes covering the teacher training programmes and methods and impact on the society and communication at large
- A one-minute version of the same film for social media
Scope of work:
The detailed scope of the assignment for development and production of the films are outlined as follows:
Development and Production of Films
- Collection and Compilation of information and material available with the Foundation
- The creative agency will submit the storylines and prepare detailed scripts in consultations with the Foundation and get them approved by the Foundation
- Field shooting of different programmes at different locations – NDMC & EDMC (1-day shoot each)
- Development of audio-visual and graphics content
- Capturing High Definition video / still photographs of the various programmes as per the decided content
- Editing of the captures video / audio / still photographs to develop the final Film
- Production of final film with voiceover and subtitles in HD format
- The final film should have two versions: one full length (3-4 minutes) version, and a shorter version (less than 1 minute)
- An amplification plan to reach a significantly wider audience through various platforms
Timeline:
The development and production of film is a time bound assignment and must adhere to the following timeline:

Eligibility Criteria:
- The creative agency should be working in media, audiovisual communications, design and publicationsfor at least 5 years
- The agency should have worked on social/development sector projects

- The proposal should include organization profile and team strength
- The proposal should contain technical and financial components
